Join the Server Silicon Design and Application Team building high-performance, energy-efficient, and reliable CPU solutions for data center servers. You’ll lead analog IP design for SoCs, choose the best technical approach, and take designs from definition through production in advanced process nodes. Work across PLL, ADC/DAC, DC/DC, LDO, amplifiers, bandgaps, references, and power/temperature monitoring, using Cadence tools and supervising layout.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead analog design of complex IPs for SoCs.
•Determine the best solution for the product.
•Conduct design from definition to product in advanced process nodes.
•Design analog blocks including PLL, ADC/DAC, DC/DC, LDO, amplifiers, references, and monitoring circuitry.
•Supervise layout for designed IPs.

Key Requirements

•MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of analog/mixed-signal design experience.
•Experience modeling and simulating complex systems.
