Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement agile transformation strategies, operating models, and success metrics.
  • •Partner with executive leadership to drive vision, roadmaps, and agile mindset change across the organization.
  • •Oversee and optimize agile delivery processes; perform scrum master responsibilities and coach teams and stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments/bottlenecks affecting adoption and delivery execution.
  • •Support the transformation office, including launching new ARTs/Tribes and improving maturity levels, while delivering agile workshops and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid agile delivery experience with strong expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • •Experience in enterprise agile transformation, scaling agile, and governance models.
  • •Hands-on agile delivery in IT, software development, or business operations.
  • •Hands-on experience with agile ALM tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • •Excellent facilitation, coaching, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
