Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers, diving deep into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
•Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs fluent in Portuguese.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore's tools for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue from day one.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to customer websites and apps.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical customers and provide feedback to product/engineering to influence the roadmap

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or a Support Engineer who works directly with customers)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and excellent English for internal collaboration
•Strong practical knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols; ability to use Chrome DevTools for debugging
•Experience with ad technology tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, GPT) is highly preferred
