Technical Field Operations Engineer

Deploy and support imaging hardware-software systems for customers in field and operational environments. Serve as a subject-matter expert, integrating Imaging families into employment concepts while working with Mission Operations and engineering to refine training, deployment planning, documentation, and real-time troubleshooting. Own resolution of complex issues across hardware, software, and networking, ensure system availability and performance, and configure networking environments (including cloud) for successful end-to-end operations.
