Job Summary

Support the service department by sourcing the right auto parts and keeping inventory accurate. Receive, stock, and control supplies using proper cycle counts and stocking levels, process shipments and returns (including defective parts), and allocate parts through CarMax systems. Provide clear customer service through communication and problem-solving while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements to maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and provide accurate parts for internal and external customers to support timely vehicle service.
•Receive, stock, and maintain inventory, including cycle counts and proper stocking levels.
•Process shipments and returns, including incorrect or defective parts, ensuring vendor compliance.
•Control supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
•Allocate parts using CarMax systems and provide exceptional customer service while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
