Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • •Monitor and manage Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
  • •Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications, and maintain ongoing compliance with immigration law changes.
  • •Handle escalations by determining when senior-level review is required and guiding stakeholders to timely resolutions.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases, and improve processes through automation and documentation.
