Key Responsibilities

•Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
•Report to duty punctually, wear the correct uniform, and maintain grooming standards.
•Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel and upsell items from the department.
•Operate the existing POS system and adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
•Attend staff meetings and contribute to departmental trainings; perform additional tasks as assigned.

•Excellent guest service and communication skills with a courteous, professional demeanor.
•Thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered by the department and ability to upsell.
