Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of safety systems, standards, and critical controls.
  • •Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety leadership, risk management, and safe behaviours.
  • •Monitor safety performance trends, lead targeted interventions, and support investigations of significant incidents.
  • •Coordinate annual planning and establish governance for site delivery priorities.
  • •Oversee delivery of minor capital, infrastructure, operational, and rehabilitation projects to scope, schedule, cost, and safety requirements; govern the integrated project portfolio and performance cadences.
