Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine whether customers have an appointment and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking; park vehicles after they are written up and assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
  • •Retrieve vehicles at the cashier for pickup, wait for customers, and thank customers for their business.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, install disposable seat/steering/floor covers and ID tags, deliver keys and repair order copies to Service Advisors, and drive vehicles as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 hourly
