Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and support staff for multiple verticals using LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.
  • •Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to advance implementation completion.
  • •Analyze issues to determine root causes and escalate to appropriate resources.
  • •Maintain ongoing communication with Sales and clients until issues are resolved.
  • •Provide installation, implementation, and configuration support while keeping project plans up-to-date.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • •Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
  • •Consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and actively listen to understand client needs
  • •Previous consultant experience
  • •Fluent in English and Portuguese; basic Spanish, preferably intermediate level
