Identify, market, and book new business liability/transaction accounts while building a strong portfolio. Key Responsibilities

•Identify, market, and book new liability/transaction business accounts to drive robust portfolio growth.
•Manage and grow a portfolio of business liability relationships while meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
•Work with other units to maximize cross-sell opportunities and effectively cross-sell the range of business banking and other products to business customers.
•Handle client service requirements through coordination with service and back-office teams to meet client expectations.
•Ensure clients conform to compliance criteria and that SAS and correspondent bank queries are resolved within departmental TAT, following bank guidelines for processes and controls.

Key Requirements

•University degree.
•UAE National.
•Over 5 years’ experience in branch banking, operations and relationship management or customer service in a similar relationship management role.
•In-depth knowledge of the target market and their requirements to acquire and maintain quality, profitable relationships.
