Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure gates and buildings by patrolling the premises, sounding alarms, and notifying authorities in emergencies.
  • •Verify authorized individuals enter the property and check gate passes and departing vehicles to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
  • •Greet customers at the gate, provide courteous service and facility directions, and resolve customer complaints.
  • •De-escalate difficult situations and collaborate with partners and auction team members.
  • •Use handheld devices to input vehicle information (including VIN) and verify VIN matches shipper’s Bill of Lading; watch/report irregularities and maintain safety/security information and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
