Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with the company’s operational safety policy and report safety events in a timely manner.
  • •Follow emergency and crisis protocols and support safety response teams during emergency situations.
  • •Customize and update the maintenance program for each helicopter based on configuration, installed components, and manufacturer/authority programs.
  • •Prepare technical service proposals by integrating airworthiness directives and technical bulletins (alert and emergency) for helicopters and engines.
  • •Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and component records, verify maintenance work for potential errors, and support corrective actions for customer service complaints.
