Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with or lead a team to manage, coordinate, and deliver water projects through the full lifecycle from inception to site delivery and commissioning.
  • •Provide client-side project management support across option studies/option development and construction tender support, including NEC contract administration.
  • •Chair meetings and proactively engage in discussions; develop the PEP and collate progress reports and tender documentation.
  • •Manage stakeholder engagement and help resolve disputes by maintaining awareness of scope and delivering within agreed parameters for quality, cost, and time.
  • •Support project teams with resources and deliver project management team outputs to agreed timescales and quality standards, including mentoring graduates and apprentices.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in a consulting environment providing a full spectrum of project management services, including meeting leadership, minuting, PEP development, progress reporting, and tender documentation.
  • •Ability to manage general post-contract management and administration while proactively engaging stakeholders and delivering within agreed scope and parameters.
  • •A relevant degree in project management, engineering, environmental science, construction, or a related subject.
  • •Understanding and use of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC.
  • •A project management qualification such as APM PMQ or PRINCE2 would be desirable.
