Job Summary

Partner with executive recruiters and senior business stakeholders to build and run Visa’s executive research capability across Europe and CEMEA. Drive market intelligence, talent insights, succession planning, and executive talent pipeline support, including executive talent mapping, benchmarking, and leadership profiling. Support end-to-end executive recruitment by developing hiring strategies, sourcing diverse senior leadership talent, preparing market analysis for leaders, and maintaining accurate candidate records in global recruitment systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end executive recruitment process across the full hiring life cycle.
•Develop hiring strategies for opportunities, including identification of target organisations.
•Source and engage diverse pipelines of top leadership talent to support Visa’s business growth.
•Lead executive talent mapping, organisational benchmarking, succession planning, and leadership talent profiling across priority markets and functions.
•Provide talent market insights and competitor intelligence, prepare leadership-ready progress reports and market analysis, and maintain accurate candidate records in global recruitment systems.

Key Requirements

•Proven success managing complex executive search and research projects, ideally within an Executive Search firm (in-house experience advantageous).
•Strong executive research capability, including identifying, engaging, and assessing senior leadership talent.
•Ability to interpret market, industry, and leadership trends using research methodologies and search technologies to deliver talent insights.
•Experience conducting talent mapping and engaging with talent across international markets, with exposure to Europe, Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for market maps, talent intelligence reports, candidate assessments, and executive briefings.
