Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow Trade & Working Capital (TWC), MOD, and SBL client relationships to meet borrowing and non-borrowing objectives.
  • •Source new-to-bank/new-to-product acceptable customers and generate business leads; manage an active pitch pipeline.
  • •Perform credit evaluation/approval, documentation, disbursement of limits, and provide after-sale relationship support.
  • •Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews; recommend credit facilities and identify downgrade/upgrade candidates within bank policy.
  • •Monitor portfolio quality and account conduct, including documentation, client visits/call reports, stock inspections, credit checks, and covenant follow-up while adhering to KYC/AML compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years relevant banking experience in local or international markets.
  • •Proven banking sales & service experience with relationship management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, with awareness of digitization/technology in banking operations.
  • •MBA/CA or equivalent preferred (with relevant experience).
  • •Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills; capable team player with customer focus.
