Lead BytePlus channel and technology partnerships for GenAI/LLM innovation solutions, building a global ecosystem from scratch across regions and industries. •Develop and implement BytePlus ecosystem strategy through partnerships with channel partners, technology partners, and ISVs.
•Establish long-term, productive business relationships with top-tier global partners.
•Negotiate, build, and manage partnership and GTM agreements with cross-functional teams to drive mutual growth goals.
•Deploy customized partner enablement programs to accelerate partner technical, sales, market, and BytePlus partnership readiness.
•Increase market awareness and promote BytePlus benefits via conferences, webinars, videos, and other scaled outreach.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or technology partnerships.
•Experience across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets and/or AI/Agents/GenAI spaces.
•Track record of leading and growing partnerships, including upselling and building relationships across internal and external teams.
•Bachelor’s degree.
