Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and lead technical direction of end-user features used by millions.
  • •Own architectural decisions within your domain, defining and communicating scalable, maintainable designs aligned with platform strategy.
  • •Break down product requirements into clear technical designs and guide teams from concept through delivery.
  • •Set high standards for code quality, testing, reliability, and operational excellence; drive continuous improvement.
  • •Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and partner with product managers and designers on roadmap decisions and customer-experience improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an analytical subject such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • •5+ years of professional software development delivering production-grade software in complex environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading architecture and design discussions and influencing technical direction across teams.
  • •Deep programming and system design expertise, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound technical decisions.
  • •Strong commitment to quality, including test strategy definition, code reviews, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
