Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Platform User Operations team by troubleshooting and resolving internal platform user queries. You’ll work via internal platforms and IM chat, investigate issues using internal databases and engineering-provided solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution. Maintain SOPs, analyze tickets for process improvements, and assist with training and user feedback projects, partnering with engineering on product optimizations when helpful.

•Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate manner via internal platform and IM chat
•Troubleshoot technical issues quickly using internal databases, workarounds, and solutions from engineering teams
•Follow up with users to ensure reported issues are resolved
•Analyze tickets to identify process improvement opportunities
•Assist and support training and user feedback projects; partner with engineering on product optimizations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and interest in technical consulting and troubleshooting/application support with engineering teams
•Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, HTTP protocols, and internet technologies
•Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with ability to organize and work independently under changing priorities
•Rotate across all shifts (5 days/week) and be available weekends as needed
•Ability to code in a programming language and construct complex SQL queries (preferred)
