Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the structural design process, including design concepts, calculations, and detailed drawings for building projects.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to structural engineering teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • •Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural requirements into overall project designs.
  • •Conduct structural analysis using advanced software tools to evaluate performance and stability under loading conditions.
  • •Review and approve structural drawings and construction documents, manage structural tasks/schedules/budgets, and perform site visits to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience in structural engineering, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Extensive structural knowledge for buildings, heavy civils, and infrastructure works.
  • •Knowledge of structural analysis/design reporting and preparation of reports, designs, and drawings.
  • •Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (or other drafting software) and extensive experience designing multi-disciplinary building envelope structures.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required; also includes practical knowledge of structural engineering design and construction.
