Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as a 2nd shift operator (Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–1:30am).
  • •Complete training to become a certified operator through classroom training and on-the-job training.
  • •Set up equipment using operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction to machine limited surfaces.
  • •Verify finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments and accept/reject parts after certification.
  • •Maintain machines by performing required total preventive maintenance (TPM) and collaborate to resolve machining problems.
