Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and improve processes to achieve inventory production targets.
  • •Coach, develop, and manage performance for assigned hourly associates; provide feedback and demonstrate expected skills.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory.
  • •Train associates using quality control standards to complete repairs efficiently the first time and prevent delays or re-checks.

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.
  • •Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process.

  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a standing, fast-paced environment with safety equipment.
