Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver transport planning and engineering projects for clients across Ireland in line with applicable technical standards.
  • •Apply design codes, standards, and best practices to support planning and engineering solutions (role dependant).
  • •Contribute to major current and recent projects including DART+, Adare Bypass, BusConnects, and Luas expansion.
  • •Support strategic planning and assessments such as National Mobility Hubs Pilot, area-based transport assessments, and active travel/public realm projects.
  • •At your level, provide leadership and inspire teams, including mentoring and mentoring-related support.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (BSc or MSc) in Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrable understanding of current design codes, standards, and best practices in transport planning/engineering (role dependant).
  • •Proven track record delivering transport planning or engineering projects in Ireland.
  • •Progress towards Chartered status (advantageous) with support provided to achieve it.
  • •Driving licence.
