Key Requirements

  • •HSD/GED and 6 years of demonstrated construction experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Preferred: experience as an Assistant Superintendent working on large projects.
  • •Preferred: exposure to delivering complex MEP projects and fire protection systems.
  • •Ability to interpret drawings/specifications, coordinate RFI responses, and validate submittals in the field.
