Job Summary

Lead regional strategic projects for Etihad Cargo across Asia Pacific, supporting network expansion and cross-border business growth. Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional strategic projects supporting cargo growth and expansion across Asia Pacific.
•Partner with Country Managers, commercial teams, and cargo leadership to identify opportunities improving connectivity, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
•Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between regional teams and Abu Dhabi to ensure alignment with global priorities.
•Develop business cases, project plans, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
•Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and track milestone/budget/deliverable achievement; travel across the Asia Pacific as required.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in the airline or air cargo industry.
•Experience working across the Asia Pacific region (not limited to a single market).
•Proven ability leading cross-functional commercial or strategic projects.
•Background in cargo, network planning, business development, commercial strategy, alliance management, or regional project management.
•Fluent English and Mandarin; bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
