Key Responsibilities

•Drive membership sales daily (monthly/weekly) to meet company goals.
•Deliver excellent customer service to all club members and non-members and provide clear membership options.
•Serve members from onboarding through ongoing membership, ensuring a seamless experience.
•Collaborate with internal teams to support member needs and club operations.
•Engage potential members, follow up, and participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
