Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain close communication with customers, originators, third-party vendors, and underwriters to ensure proper and timely settlement.
  • •Guide the deal team (Analyst and Coordinator) through transaction-specific matters for timely and accurate completion.
  • •Independently analyze complex information, including real estate tax and insurance escrow analysis, and offer input on handling guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • •Review title requirements, verify underwriting and funding conditions are signed off prior to settlement, and ensure loan information is accurate in Enterprise and GSE delivery systems/portals.
  • •Verify closing document accuracy and compliance (fees, payoffs, subordinations, settlement statement, disbursement ledger) and follow up to confirm settlement and disbursement of funds.

Salary: USD 163,900 - 187,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of Agency Commercial Mortgage loan closing experience.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 5+ years of Agency Commercial Mortgage loan closing experience.
  • •At least 5+ years of Affordable Multifamily Products closing experience.
  • •Must be able to operate under strict corporate and GSE regulatory deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.
