Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the company value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and follow risk, confidentiality, and ethics policies while opening/servicing retail products and participating in loan and bankcard processes.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
