Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Business Development teams to support partnerships that enable Spotify distribution across platforms, devices, and services.
•Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology, AI, hardware, and distribution partnerships.
•Provide clear, practical legal guidance on complex deal structures, risks, and regulatory considerations; Collaborate with cross-functional partners across finance, accounting, and licensing to support agreement execution and implementation.
•Translate legal concepts into clear guidance that informs business strategy and decision-making.
•Help improve and scale contract templates, processes, and ways of working to support global growth.

Key Requirements

•You have a law degree from an accredited university and are qualified to practice law in the UK or Sweden.
•You have 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
•You are experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly in technology, media, AI, or IP-focused environments.
•You are comfortable working across global teams and time zones, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
•You communicate complex legal concepts in a clear, accessible way for non-legal partners.
