Sell Couchbase’s NoSQL database directly to the Global 2000, driving strategic enterprise opportunities across the UAE. You’ll close business to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets, acquire net-new logos, and expand existing accounts to build a sales pipeline. Manage opportunities and forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene in SFDC, and lead customer/product presentations while collaborating cross-functionally on webinars and industry events.

•Close business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
•Acquire net new logos and uncover opportunities in existing accounts to develop a sales pipeline.
•Maintain pipeline in SFDC by tracking interactions with prospects and customers.
•Lead customer presentations of the company and product line, manage opportunities, and forecast.
•Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support; collaborate with cross-functional teams for webinars and industry events.

Key Requirements

•At least 8+ years of experience selling enterprise technology, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

•Experience in SaaS sales and an understanding of hyperscalers and as-a-service offerings.
•Completion of MEDDIC (or equivalent) sales methodology training.
