•Own adoption and implementation of new accounting standards and maintain accounting policies aligned with the business model.
•Design and oversee an internal controls framework for accounting policies with SOX effectiveness and audit readiness.
•Author original footnote disclosures, MD&A, and public communications that accurately reflect financial position for investors and auditors.
•Lead monthly close cycles, including stock-based compensation and equity-related journal entries, and publish investor reporting packages.
•Serve as the technical authority for complex accounting inquiries, partnering with Product, Legal, Finance & Strategy and external auditors to resolve issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
•US CPA (highly preferred).
•7+ years of progressive accounting experience with both technical depth and operational know-how.
•Big 4 audit/advisory experience (preferred) or equivalent exposure to complex accounting matters.
•Deep expertise in at least two areas such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 718 stock-based compensation, or ASC 805 business combinations and goodwill.
