Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and optimize Reception, Warehouse, and Shipping teams, ensuring accurate quantities, location accuracy, and timely delivery to Production
  • •Define personal development plans for team members, set performance goals, and support teams to achieve them
  • •Coordinate safety-focused leadership and maintain a zero-accident environment on site
  • •Maintain stock levels for long-life and non-food items, collaborating with Procurement to minimize waste
  • •Implement and optimize stock tracking tools, conduct weekly and monthly inventory reviews, and align with HelloFresh practices across sites

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience in supervising teams in a logistics or industrial environment (ideally food industry)
  • •Strong experience with WMS and ERP systems, with prior implementation experience
  • •Good analytical data skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, visual management, PDCA, VSM, TPM)
  • •Ability to work in English in an international environment
  • •Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field experience
