Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day lab and office operations in San Francisco and Seattle, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering, facilities management, or related discipline).
  • •8–10+ years of experience in lab and facilities operations, ideally in biotech or life sciences.
  • •Experience working with external project teams on space planning and lab/office expansions.
  • •Strong knowledge of EH&S and laboratory safety programs as well as facilities systems.
  • •Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
