Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on flight simulators and associated simulator systems.
  • •Assist in diagnosing and correcting simulator problems and support refurbishment and hardware modifications.
  • •Run automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG), complete pre-flight and post-flight tasks, and perform basic visual alignments.
  • •Record and track maintenance activities in a maintenance management system.
  • •Provide customer service support and perform logistics/housekeeping tasks to support simulator operations.

Key Requirements

  • •2-year technical degree or 4 years in an electronic, avionic, or technical related field.

  • •Proficiency in operating test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, multi-meter, signal generator, logic analyzer) and knowledge of analog and digital theory.
