Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the owner’s representative and lead project manager for assigned capital projects from acquisition and pre-development through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Provide overall leadership and accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and delivery performance.
  • •Lead Design-Build procurement activities, including development/coordination of RFQs and RFPs, proposal evaluations, interviews, negotiations, and contract award.
  • •Coordinate acquisition and pre-development due diligence (site assessments, feasibility studies, existing conditions, utility evaluations, environmental reviews, and technical assessments).
  • •Manage projects by monitoring schedules/budgets, driving risk and change management, supporting claims/contracts matters, and preparing executive-level project reports.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field plus 8 years of relevant construction and capital project management experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •8+ years managing capital projects through acquisition, due diligence, feasibility, pre-development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Experience serving as an owner’s representative, Senior Project Manager, or lead Project Manager for complex capital construction projects.
  • •Significant experience managing Progressive Design-Build and Design-Build project delivery, including RFQ/RFP support, evaluations, interviews, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, change management, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
