Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth and postpartum doula support to insured clients referred through Loula’s matching program.
  • •Deliver exceptional doula care while handling your practice as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network.
  • •Decide how much or how little to take on, with no client minimums or visit requirements.
  • •Complete required compliance training and maintain requirements (CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance) to qualify for partnership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Must be located in California to move forward with an introductory meeting.
