Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting as the first point of contact for new candidates, sourcing and screening talent for open roles and shaping an excellent interview experience. Partner with leadership to design and streamline interview processes, manage candidate follow-up and closure, and negotiate compensation with qualified candidates. Use Greenhouse to track candidates through the funnel, resurface talent, and keep recruitment data clean for reporting.
