Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GL/RTR activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, lease accounting, and inventory accounting.
  • •Drive closing activities aligned with internal controls, accounting policies, Allianz Group guidelines, and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
  • •Prepare and file corporate income tax returns, SST, and withholding tax submissions; liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulators (LHDN, CCM).
  • •Review and analyze financial statements and management reports; support local board and regional stakeholder reporting.
  • •Support cash flow management and liquidity forecasting, and partner with stakeholders to improve finance operations across multiple markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Partially or fully qualified in professional accounting bodies (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
  • •3 to 5 years of progressive corporate accounting, financial audit, or shared services experience.
  • •Proficiency in SAP (FI modules).
  • •Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) and fluent English and Mandarin communication.
