Key Responsibilities

  • •Process wafers in a cleanroom environment to create FETs, MMICs, and FPAs.
  • •Provide engineering support and training to manufacturing personnel, including daily process and lot/wafers review and disposition.
  • •Perform failure analysis of tools and processes and support work center tool and process qualification efforts.
  • •Identify opportunities to reduce rework and scrap and improve efficiency in the process line.
  • •Communicate with manufacturing personnel, equipment teams, cell leads, and engineering leads to ensure work center resources and quick issue resolution.
