Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement an Operational Excellence program to continuously improve business processes along the value chain using OPEX tools, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.
  • •Analyze existing processes to identify optimization opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
  • •Train and coach employees in Operational Excellence methods such as performance management, root cause analysis, Kaizen, 5S, and value stream analysis.
  • •Develop operational KPIs to measure performance and derive action needs.
  • •Promote a culture of continuous improvement with cross-functional teams and support Smart Brewery/Connected Worker development with digital apps and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, engineering, business informatics, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience using Lean and OPEX tools, ideally in a production environment.
  • •Lean and Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred).
  • •Good knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Minitab) and project management software.
  • •Negotiation-level German and English; French is a plus.
