District Field Technician

Provide field-based maintenance and repair for customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts across the assigned district and region. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues, perform major component repairs and preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate daily electronic work orders. You’ll also support equipment pickup and delivery, ensure safe loading/unloading per DOT regulations, attend safety meetings, and coach/feedback other technicians while traveling up to 90% of the work week.
