•Engage with customers to identify use cases and convert interest into long-term usage and expansion.
•Define tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs) demonstrating value in real customer environments.
•Lead onboarding and implementation, including fine-tuning workflows, latency benchmarks, API integration, and infrastructure alignment.
•Translate customer insights into structured product definitions and high-leverage feature requests.
•Collaborate with engineering and applied ML teams to align needs with the technical roadmap and drive execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong technical background (CS/EECE) or production-level development experience, plus technical product management experience.
•Deep familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, and agents.
•2–5+ years of experience building products for software engineers.
•Strong customer interaction skills with a deep customer success focus.
•Ability to communicate highly technical concepts and drive outcome-based results in complex scenarios.
