Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Smart PDU monitoring and maintain infrastructure health.
  • •Support port capacity tracking and utilization reporting.
  • •Maintain DCIM systems, asset inventories, and operational data.
  • •Provide operational support for data center infrastructure services and troubleshoot incidents/service requests.
  • •Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle activities; contribute to automation, documentation, and compliance with operational/security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Platform engineering expertise with exposure to two or more areas such as LAN, firewalls, and Routing and Switching technologies, following standard design methodologies and best practices.
  • •Mastery of TCP/IP, addressing and subnetting, including IPv6 addressing.
  • •Knowledge of Cisco product portfolio (routers, switches, ACI) and/or Aruba product portfolio (switches, ClearPass, APs) and/or Arista product portfolio (spine-leaf architecture, Cloud Vision).
  • •Cisco certifications such as CCNA required (DCCOR preferred).
  • •Familiarity with scripting/automation tools such as Python and Ansible, plus knowledge of Infoblox (DHCP, DNS); datacenter support experience is a plus.
