Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and maintain complete daily work documentation.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with a high degree of independent judgment.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of construction equipment schematics and diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and the ability to diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/diesel system issues.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
