Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, update, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, manuals, frameworks, and SOPs, and establish governance standards across the department.
  • •Analyze and optimize business processes through process mapping, workflow analysis, and process re-engineering to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • •Support organizational excellence frameworks and quality management systems, including participation in assessments, audits, and excellence evaluations.
  • •Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to automate and digitize processes and ensure procedural requirements are incorporated into digital solutions.
  • •Monitor process performance using KPIs, report to management, and identify procedural risks/control weaknesses while ensuring compliance with regulations and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in systems and procedures, business process management, governance, quality management, or operational excellence.
  • •Proven experience in process improvement and business transformation initiatives, including policy and procedure development.
  • •Experience supporting digital transformation and workflow automation projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Quality Management, Management Information Systems, or related).
  • •Preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), CBPP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Quality certification, PMP, and/or CMQ/OE.
