Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive core execution for the Nexus Repository product by owning the roadmap, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • •Establish mechanisms to measure in-market performance, adoption, and future product functionality.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Support, and Sales Engineering to build and support scalable solutions.
  • •Partner with peer Product Managers on Platform, security, and AI governance features for a cohesive end-to-end platform experience.
  • •Continuously improve product management expertise through evolving prioritization and execution practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Represent developers as users and operate credibly with engineering audiences in an AI-first product development environment.
  • •Prior hands-on software development or engineering experience (including past projects/coding background) strongly preferred.
  • •A practical understanding of software development at scale, enterprise compliance, artifact repositories, and security controls in the SDLC.
  • •Ability to take end-to-end ownership, navigate organizational roadblocks, and drive measurable impact.
  • •Advanced/fluent English communication skills (verbal and written); Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field highly desirable.
