Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on standard inbound procurement agreements with vendors, partners, and suppliers, plus some real estate transactions.
  • •Identify pain points in procurement and commercial agreement workflows and design technology-driven improvements.
  • •Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of in-house and third-party contract management technologies and AI-powered review tools.
  • •Configure CLM/IAM platforms, automate workflows, create templates, standardize clause libraries, and develop contract playbooks.
  • •Act as a strategic liaison across Procurement, Real Estate/Facilities, Sales, Legal, IT, Product, and Finance; define and track KPIs for initiative impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic 5+ years of related in-house legal department and technology-related contracting experience or law firm experience, including inbound procurement agreements, commercial transactions, and real estate transactions.
  • •Admitted to practice and in good standing with the US Bar Association.
  • •Preferred in-house experience in the high tech industry.
  • •Excellent contract negotiating and drafting skills.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of data privacy and data security in the SaaS industry.
