Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering - Communication & Connectivity

Lead the Machine Learning and Data AI engineering efforts for Airbnb’s Communication & Connectivity team, which powers messaging and push notifications used daily by millions. Drive alignment on AI investment priorities and multi-year roadmaps, partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take ML initiatives from concept to production, and ensure high-quality data pipelines and outcome-driven success metrics. Manage and mentor a senior team of managers and engineers across ML, data engineering, and software engineering.
