Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to manage monitoring and remediation activities and govern policy compliance programs.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and partner managers to drive network policy compliance by issuers and acquirers.
  • •Analyze network participant performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and drive logical next steps.
  • •Support process improvements to enhance policy adherence and strengthen compliance governance activities.
  • •Produce and enhance reporting/metrics for leadership and stakeholders, serving as the subject matter expert and process point of contact.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Postgraduate degree in business management, operations, computer applications, information systems or a related field preferred, with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
  • •Strong policy compliance operations, brand protection, audit management, and risk/project management experience.
  • •In-depth understanding of the American Express Network (GNS) policy and/or merchant policies, including related processes and terminology.
  • •Strong people leadership experience with excellent communication skills and data visualization abilities.
  • •Demonstrated experience driving AI and automation initiatives, plus MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
