Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide transportation for personnel throughout show day, including hotel and airport pickups/drop-offs, using a personal car or company-provided vehicle.
  • •Run errands such as meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs.
  • •Coordinate large take-out orders and shopping lists with local restaurants/grocery stores, purchasing, retrieving, and distributing items to touring personnel.
  • •Assist production staff with general production-related duties and light administrative tasks (e.g., making copies, posting signs, cash reconciliation).
  • •Pick up and drop off company-rented 15-passenger and cargo vans; maintain cash and receipts for expense reimbursement and reconciliation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and fully insured; safe driving habits.
  • •Operational cell phone.
  • •Friendly and personable; works well with others and independently.
  • •Ability to work long show days (10 to 18 hours) and evening/weekend hours as required.
